Library Fellowship Welcomes Daniel Fainstein: Marshall Meyer and the Archives

Daniel Fainstein

Dr. Daniel Fainstein returns to Duke to discuss his research in the archives and his translation of the biography of Human Rights Activist, Rabbi Marshall Meyer. Rabbi Fainstein was educated in Buenos Aires, Jerusalem, and the National Autonomous University of Mexico where he got his PhD. He served as Dean of the Seminario Rabínico Latino Americano M.T. Meyer, was the Executive Director of the Board of Jewish Education of Argentina, and is currently a visiting professor and lecturer in many institutions in Latin America, Europe, the United States, and Israel.
