2023 Friends of ASOR Seminar

Duke Center for Jewish Studies is grateful to support the 2023 Friends of ASOR Seminar. ASOR is excited to announce "Archaeology in the Mediterranean and Ancient Near East: Recent Discoveries and Retrospectives" a Friends of ASOR Weekend Seminar in Raleigh-Durham, NC at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport at Research Triangle Park. Join this event in Raleigh this October for a weekend full of interactive lectures. Registration includes admission to presentations on Friday evening, all-day Saturday, and Sunday morning. There will be ample opportunities to engage informally with speakers and panelists. Registration also includes a discount on hotel room rates, dinner on 10/20, lunch on 10/21, and a $100 tax deductible gift to Friends of ASOR. This FOA Seminar will include presentations from Duke CJS Professor Emeritus, Eric Meyers, and Duke Religion Studies Professor Emerita, Carol Meyers, along with Jennie Ebeling, Kate Grossman, Tate Paulette, and Jack Sasson.
